The staff was super polite, providing really good service. Free transport to the airport was unmatched elsewhere. I appreciated the clean rooms, a wide variety of high quality food in the restaurants, and nice entertainment. The hotel management cares (thank you!).
The WiFi connectivity was very poor throughout the hotel, a little frustrating when I needed to work.

the hotel provided excellent service. the patio restaurant offered a great breakfast selection. i especially enjoyed the omelets made to order each morning. the hostesses were cute and they make great coffee.
i did experience some noise from nearby traffic. the car horns were noticeable both day and night. it was hard to open the windows completely for safety reasons. this.

the hotel was very super clean and cozy. house keeping and room service were excellent and friendly. i enjoyed how spacious my room was, and the staff were professional.
the air conditioning was not cool enough and the room get a bit too hot. windows do not open, and . i think updating the air conditioning would help.
